I ordered an iPhone 12 pro on the 13th December but I have not recived my phone and the track app still says awaiting confirmation. Is this normal?

There is no stock. When devices are receiving from Apple. These are sent on a first come first serve basis.
You will need to keep watching the tracker. If you want more specific information the you will need to call EE CS on 150.
