Ok so I use pay as you go and don't usually top up via the ee app/online I usually go outside to a shop and ask for a code and do it that way but doing it that way is a lot more inconvenience so I tried to log in to my account but since I never use it I forgot all of the login information so I decided to make new one but I can't add my number to it and keep getting this message "an account holder for this number already exists" what do I do?

If you get in touch with our Mobile Care team they will reset your details for you, so you can register for a new My EE account.

Hi there,
I've been heaving same issue with my account.
I cannot add my Pay as you go number to my account.
"An account holder for this number already exists."

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team. They'll be able to help you get the accounts linked properly.
