I have swappable benefits but the prime video registration page keeps telling me I dont have prime with ee. Yet ee says I have it when messaging 150. Please help

Yes it does, I originally had britbox then decided to change.

Yes I have followed all steps that are required. I put in your link
followed the instructions of phone number and one time pin and the I do not
have prime video message appears.
