Return an unsuitable upgrade

Hi there,

I recently upgraded my mobile telephone contract. Due to some inaccurate information I am left with a phone that will not set up because it does not have enough memory space.

I was convinced to go with a different phone by lovely staff who assured me all would be well at the time. But I do not have enough data allowance on the new phone to set up.
So disappointing.

Please can I return this hand set so that upgrades can find me a suitable handset. A speedy solution would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

You need to call EE and request to return it

You can only do this if you are within 14 days of receiving it.

It doesn't matter if the advisor told you this phone is suitable the end of the day you make the decision.

To add.

You will need to return it and wait for it to be processed before you can upgrade again. If you are eligible to return

That is the only way to return it so you are just going to have to bare with them.

They are working with less staff due to government guidelines with social distancing.
