You need to call EE and request to return it
You can only do this if you are within 14 days of receiving it.
It doesn't matter if the advisor told you this phone is suitable the end of the day you make the decision.

You will need to return it and wait for it to be processed before you can upgrade again. If you are eligible to return

That is the only way to return it so you are just going to have to bare with them.
They are working with less staff due to government guidelines with social distancing.
