Allowable services

When my phone connects to my car it doesn't show SMS messages as a connected service. My wife who has the same phone and car, but a 3 SIM does. Any ideas?

Sorry Mark, it's a Moto g8, a Volvo car and the service is SMS messages.

Could you try setting yours up in your wife's car or her phone in yours?

Just to try and pin-point where the problem is lying?

In fact, I've solved the issue now by 'Forgetting' and reconnecting the
phone. It took three attempts but it eventually worked.
