AirPod pro order

I ordered 2 sets of air pods 1 pro and 1 normal set. The order went through fine then I received an email asking me to call to discuss then I’ve had an email saying my AirPod pro order has been cancelled. Any idea why?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I tried to call but was on hold as the message said they were experiencing high calls. I will try at 8 tomorrow morning when they open again
