Paid a large sum of money to upgrade to an iPhone 12 pro max on the 13/11/20, the same day, 2 hours before my wife did the same. She has had her new iPhone 7days now and I’m yet to receive anything!!!! No communication, no answers but I bet they still want £81 a month off me for a phone I do not have! What do we have to do to get the products we have ordered and paid for! How come some people are getting there phones and some are not, is there no such thing as first come first serve!!

First of you new tariff woudn't start until the phone is dispatched.
Secondly did your wife buy the exact same variant as you?
Same Color, same size same everything?

lots of us in same situation. My phone was ordered 24th Oct, EE sent me a text 2 days ago saying shortage of stock, so hopefully the phones will start coming through soon.

@Sammy781 hopefully, i know it’s all supply and demand and the Covid situation isn’t helping but I’ve heard nothing regarding my order. All I have is an order number 😢

Hi @Dsely I was in the same situation until the text 2 days ago, just a confirmed order for nearly 3 weeks. I hope our phones weren’t on that lorry that got the massive amount of apple stuff stolen a week or so ago!

@Sammy781 @I though it was iPads, ear pods and charger that got stolen?!? Knowing my luck there was 1 iPhone 12 pro max on the truck that was mine 😂😂

I ordered one last week. Promised it would Be here next day, it never, but I did chase it up and arrived the following day(2days after order) mine was the gold one as it was in stock , ready to go. Was also promised a good deal if I took broadband out , 3 months half price on phone bill, which they are now back tracking on, told the to listen to the call . So I’ve opened up a complaint case. Staff working from home promising deals they can honour just to get a sale. Phone will be going back if they don’t sort it
