Paid a large sum of money to upgrade to an iPhone 12 pro max on the 13/11/20, the same day, 2 hours before my wife did the same. She has had her new iPhone 7days now and I’m yet to receive anything!!!! No communication, no answers but I bet they still want £81 a month off me for a phone I do not have! What do we have to do to get the products we have ordered and paid for! How come some people are getting there phones and some are not, is there no such thing as first come first serve!!

So how come my wife ordered hers the same day, the same phone and she’s had her 8days now! Don’t tell me it’s first come first serve. I’m seriously leaving after this shambles. We have been treated like numbers and not valued customers!!

@James_B Where is my iPhone then? I ordered Same day as my wife 2 hours apart! She’s had hers for 8 days now!! I know others who ordered AFTER me and already have theres.. is there a device allocated to my order? If not I want my money back and il go somewhere else! I was told 7 days delivery, then 21 days now it’s 28 days!! I wish I could change my deadlines to my boss like this!!!! I’m so ani with the lack of communication!!!

here bro my iphone 12 pro gave me a estimated date of delivery between the 25th of nov to the 30th . it changed to awaiting comfirmation this morning and i checked it like 5 minutes ago and now its saying it was dispatched on the 28th of october when i didnt even order it then so im really confused

Mine is saying order dispatched 12th November but I've heard nothing from DPD or EE.

i placed mine on the 1st of novemeber when it said dispatched within 21 days i got a estimated del date of 25th or the 30th of november which changed today to awaiting comfirmation and now i got a confirmation of dispatched on the 28th of october which is before i even ordered it , this is just confirmed how clueless yous are surely as such a big brand like apple they could have gave you a rough date of stock

@James_B iPhone 12 pro max graphite 128 gb m, ordered on the 13th at around 17:00. Wife did the same as me and got hers over a week ago, all I want is my phone. It really doesn’t help when people I work with ordered theirs after me and have received it this week! And yes they are EE customers and ordered the same phone, colour and size.. all I want is what I’ve paid for, an early upgrade!! I paid £355 to upgrade from the 13th. I’ve paid a bill on top of that so the upgrade should have lowered but I’ve paid the full amount, effectively you owe me money back in the upgrade fee

The delivery guidance for that model when you placed your order was dispatch within 21 days.
