I just want to get another line on my account. A sim only plan for my child to use. Is there a simple link I can follow as it keeps taking me to upgrade my original phone. Going slightly insane 🤪

If you log into your My EE account and select an additional SIM Only contract does this work for you?
If you only see upgrade options, please give us a call on 150, and the team will check eligibility for you 🙂

Hi @AngryerAndrea ,
I can understand your frustration here. If you open an online chat during office hours, you may be able to negotiate an additional discount on top of the 10% for existing customers.
If you currently have quite a lot of data on a pay monthly plan, one advantage is being able to gift data and control both accounts from one interface.
One thing to be careful of is whether the additional line will have 4G data or 5G data as there are still 4G plans around but many default to 5G. Good luck!
