Activating a SIM card and tracking my order

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I’ve recently activated my new SIM card due to getting a new phone but it seems to be taking longer than it should. I realise that I cannot call 150 as my SIM card isn’t active and it’s deactivated my old one as well. Any suggestions on what to do? Or how long it may take? 

also I ordered a Apple Watch almost 3 weeks ago and I’ve still heard nothing about it. I called up EE last Wednesday and they said it would be here within 14 days, obviously it’s over that now and I cannot contact them due to the above issue. If anyone has any suggestions for either issues, that would be great!

When did you register your SIM?

 

Which version of the Apple Watch did you choose and on what date? Please include colour and size.
