Why is my account not under my name if I asked for it to be changed?

Hi there @zaiden26

 

Welcome to the community. 

 

Did the account holder call us with you available to request a change of ownership so the account would be in your name?

 

If so, how long ago was this requested?

I spoke to few people few different occasions and was then told account holder has a password which I must retrieve from him in order for change of ownership I did at that time provide them with the password and they said it’s correct and took my bank card details
