How do I get my account holder to log into my account?

@MILLIE32  Are you the account holder or is your contract on someone else account? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Then as a/c holder they can login to their own a/c.
