Hi I cant access my account for NHS discount it keeps saying deactivated

Yes I forgot my password and Now  my account is locked.

I need the code to add to my contract I took out last Sat.

I also need to know how to add it?

Have you tried registering for a new Perk account? 

 

Your details you provided to me have been reset for you yesterday, and you should be able to register for a new account.

If the account is deactivated the password reset won't work for you.

Hi I managed to get a code but now can not log on to find it my account is now locked it was impossible to change passwords

Ineed to add the code to my upgrade that was done last sat

Hi no its EE perks

I need to get my code to apply to my new contract that I got last sat.

I wasn't able to add it then as my account was deactivated

@Mandie61 so just to clarify, you got logged back in and got a code but now you can't get in again?
