Hi,
I ordered a New phone last week on the online shop, in which a £50 deposit has been taken from my bank.. however the website crashed on me numerous of times in which I presumed it was down and that my order hadn’t gone through. However today my deposit has been taken from my bank account. I have had no email confirming the order or no text?
Slightly confused.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and see if the order has gone through for you.
