4GEE home router 2 - Small Antennas

Hi there, 

I have just purchase the 4GEE home router 2. 

It works pretty well, however sometimes the signal is low, and I would like to boost it a little.

I know there is the possibility of buying the 2 small antennas that are fitting right on the back of the device, but I cannot find informations about that.

The customer service couldn't find information either....

Could anyone help?

Have you bought them, and are they working?

Is it our Smart WiFi boosters that you had seen?

Have you checked our coverage checker for signal strength using the 4G Home Router in your postcode area?

He wants the two antennae that fit into the back of 4G router, as do I.

 

It's not the WiFi booster.  It's the annennae that boost the cellular signal.  

 

My router arrived today and it's showing only one bar, two at best.

I have something like this.. I have a pair in the back of my 4G Router.  Just for reference I am about 1 mile from my transmitter and get 2-3 bars ok.

They are cheap enough to try, if you are a distance away from your transmitter an external aerial may be required.

The link is showing 2.4ghz WiFi only Antenna s so no good for your 4G Router.

 

Which Router or MiFi model do you have?, But I'm guessing you mean trying out 3/4G external antenna on your Router.

 

Start without spending cash to get the Router in a High Spot on the Window, hang the Router or place on an empty box so the Router is centered in the window away from the frame, and try different windows around the House preferably upstairs.

 

Also when experimenting with different locations leave the router alone for bout 30 mins as any improved results in Signal or Speed Testing are not always instantaneous.

 

You never know you may not need external antennas,
