How do I add on more than the 30GB pack on offer. I would like an unlimited short term data option (or nearest best offer) so I can work away from home.

You can't on PAYG. 30GB is the largest data SIM on PAYG.

 

If you must go PAYG get a PAYG Phone SIM whose packs go up to 100GB data for £30 pm.

Thanks. I bought a TP Link WiFi device with EE pack preloaded. I use quite a bit of data so was hoping for a better add on

You could try looking at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see if it offers you any more.
