My 4GEE home wifi router has developed a fault whereby it will frequently stop connecting any traffic from its LAN connection to the 4G network, until I cycle the power. I suspect it has started overheating, which has never happened before during its 18 month life, however is now happening multiple times per day. Turning it upside down (so the air vents are now on top) seems to mitigate it a little. Disconnecting some devices and throttling its throughput via the QoS setting also seems to mitigate it a little. But it still keeps happening at a level that makes homeworking and zoom calls problematic. In any case, this indicates to me that the router has developed a fault and I would like it to be replaced, but I can find no information anywhere on who to contact or how to go about getting a replacement sent out. I also can find no other online support channel. EE website says "please do not call us". There is no online support chat (such as Intercom or whatever) that I can find, except for this forum, which doesn't really seem like the right place. Please could I have some guidance on what steps I could take next.

Hi @vincentcleaver.
Welcome to the community.
Thanks for coming here in the first instance, for an issue like this the best way forward would be to contact our Tech Care team.
They will be able to run through troubleshooting with you and take you through the next steps.

Thanks! For reference, the only applicable/available action from that link is to call, and I've selected 4GEE wifi which sends me to 07953 966 250. I will try that.
