4G not working

I am a new user.

 

Yesterday, the '50 MB Initial Allowance' can be used and ran out. But today, the 'Pack Allowance 8 GB ' cannot be used. 

 

And, the call function is available, and text function is half available. I only can get message, but cannot send them out.

 

I try to a lot of way to fix this problem. Anyone can do a favour?

If you go to Settings > General > About, are there any carrier updates available?

Settings already show network provider EE. Does it have anything to do with my phone's type?

Did you see an option to update your carrier settings @drylipss?

unfortunately, I could not see that. I put SIM card into another iPhone, it's shows not network too

If you're still having problems, I'd definitely recommend speaking to our Tech Gurus so that they can look into this further.
