I am a new user.

Yesterday, the '50 MB Initial Allowance' can be used and ran out. But today, the 'Pack Allowance 8 GB ' cannot be used.

And, the call function is available, and text function is half available. I only can get message, but cannot send them out.

I try to a lot of way to fix this problem. Anyone can do a favour?

You mean the text could be sent to 150 but 150 rejected it with that msg.

You either have to wait as it says or you don't have an EE SIM.

What does your online MyEE say about your current Pack, allowances & credit? It'll be on the landing or My EE Mobile page.

Hi @drylipss,

Does your pack show as active in My EE?

Are you in the UK or roaming?

James
