I am a new user.
Yesterday, the '50 MB Initial Allowance' can be used and ran out. But today, the 'Pack Allowance 8 GB ' cannot be used.
And, the call function is available, and text function is half available. I only can get message, but cannot send them out.
I try to a lot of way to fix this problem. Anyone can do a favour?

It cannot be sent to 150.
the information showed that:
Sorry we were unable to process your request, this service is only available to EE customers. If you have recently joined EE it can take up to 48hrs before we can service your text request. If you continue to receive this message please call us on 150.

You mean the text could be sent to 150 but 150 rejected it with that msg.
You either have to wait as it says or you don't have an EE SIM.
What does your online MyEE say about your current Pack, allowances & credit? It'll be on the landing or My EE Mobile page.

Hi @drylipss,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Have you been able to use your data allowance yet?
