4G mini device stopped working

Hello.  My device suddenly stopped working. It’s completely dead. No lights, tried different charging cables, tried resetting using little hole. Nothing. It’s about 2 years old and I’m using on PAYG with some credit left that I don’t really want to lose. Any advice? I’d consider going on contract if reasonable price.

Thanks

Hi @SharonJ66

Buy another 4G device from Amazon/eBay. They are not expensive.

I would suggest contacting EE about a repair, but this will likely prove uneconomical.

Thanks

Thanks - that was my thought too. The ones I found have the wrong size SIM but I’ve since realised you can buy adapters.

EE will supply replacement SIMs in all the 3 sizes pushable-out for £1.50.
