I ordered a new phone this morning online and am also switching provider. I got an email to say the order was successful and got an order number however the payment ‘pay today’ hasn’t been taken. Looking online I’ve seen that other people have not heard anything at all
about a phone they’ve ordered and are waiting for A long time for a dispatch date and the payment to be taken. Live chat is closed. Phone lines are closed or do not work so what am I exactly supposed to do if there is no way of contacting anyone from customer service ? Slightly concerned
