We upgraded our 4G router from an EE box to a BT box. Since this upgrade our signal has been awful and at least 3/4 of the day we done get any signal to get on the internet. We run a business from home and this is really important to us... any advice is fantastic 👍

Do you mean BT mobile broadband? if so, wouldn't this be better suited for the BT forum?

@Kirigaya_Kazuto : The EE version seems to be discontinued and has been replaced with the BT version 4GEE Home Router 2

If you enter your postcode into our EE Network Status Checker, do we have nay signal issues showing for your area?
Do you have any other EE devices? if so, have they also experienced no signal?
