Upgrade applied for no follow up text

4G Router signal issues after upgrade

We upgraded our 4G router from an EE box to a BT box. Since this upgrade our signal has been awful and at least 3/4 of the day we done get any signal to get on the internet. We run a business from home and this is really important to us... any advice...
