24hr delivery

I ordered a new phone yesterday as I was allowed to upgrade early I ordered the s21+ in phantom black, I chosen 24hr delivery to be delivered at my home address, but its still saying awaiting confirmation even tho I should have it today?

@Paul874   You need to call customer services about this.  The longer you leave that the longer it’ll be before you get the device.
