20Gb in 8 days?

My daughter has had her data stopped after just 8 days on a 20Gb Business Sim Only
She used significantly less data on her previous provider and we only just swapped back to EE on the 18th.
How can we check actual usage per day?
I checked what she previously used and we were 3 times in excess of previous use over a month?
I guess its a call to EE in the morning?

Look on the data app on her phone. That will tell you what data was used and by what service/app

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
