Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

They send that to everyone but won’t be dispatched in 24 hours coz it’s preorder

Did you get an order number ? I got an xko order number then a confirmed order txt the next day and a 1 day dispatch txt but no email to confirm this

I have just been on chat regarding getting a tracking number which works?
i have now been given number which starts with "025"
still won't work, will wait and see

EE website and EE app removing fee for customers but EE not honouring the orders lol.
