Insurance details of phone not found

I couldn’t able to find the insurance details of my new iPhone, which i bought as a bundle 15 pro max and S9 watch together. Insurance details of watch visible but not iPhone.

Upgrade Order

I have just upgraded to an iphone14 I have no confirmation email or order number however the early upgrade fee is pending in my bank account ,is this normal?

iphone 14

I got a iphone 14 on monday and noticed when on charge for over 5 mins its over heating and stopping charging to let cool down i already had the 14 before and never had this issue and not holding a charge for long either
