Upgrading

My contract ended a while ago but realised I need to upgrade. I pay the phone bill and it’s in my name, yet when I go to upgrade it is saying the account holder needs to log in, yet I am the account homder

new iphone 14 set up

HI I lost my iphone 11 pro so have now a new iphone 14 whilst setting up it says connect with old phone which I dont have it did not come with a new sim cardso how do i set it up?
