i want to create a wifi connection to update my apple watch and the only internet i have is my ee mobile data and using my iphone as a hotspotthing is my iphone and watch need to be on the same wifi connection and the update has to be from my iphone ...

I have an iPhone 11 - people call me but when I answer they cannot hear me and also when I call them they cannot hear me! If I call them on WhatsApp or they call me on WhatsApp it works! Any idea what I need to resolve this problem?
