Hi All,

 

Just re-joined EE after a few years with the iPhone 16 Pro Max. 
I’m having trouble with the app. 
When I login it doesn’t show any kind of plan details. 
If I click the link device option and try again it says my device/number is already linked 🤷🏼‍♀️

No app updates to do and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling too. 

Any help appreciated 😄

When you login on the EE Online desktop site, does it show the information?

It does indeed, desktop site works spot on with all the info showing 🤔
