Apple Watch plan doesn’t work

 Hi,

I’ve got the Apple Watch Ultra 2 I’ve signed up in the app for the watch plan but it says it’s expired and when I click for more information it is just blank (as in the screenshot above). The watch shows there is no plan set up. I’ve tried it more than once previously with other watches and had the same problem. Everything is up to date (had the watch two days) - seems to be an issue with EE as never had this problem with other providers on previous watches.

Welcome to the Community

Have you had a watch plan previously on your account? It may be trying to connect to an old or incorrect plan. 

I'd recommend calling Customer Service on 150 where a guide can check the watch plan you should connect to and manually send the watch eSIM to be installed for you.

Had previous attempts with one’s but they were removed by customer services. I struggle to call up (I’m disabled) and the chat team say they can’t help.

That may be the issue you are facing, if there is now another watch plan in place of the removed one. 

However rather than deleting and setting up a new watch plan again, it would be better for Customer Service to manually install an eSIM to your watch over-the-air which matches the plan on the account.
