i received my iPhone 16 PM yesterday and haven’t had the best experience so far. I was informed with the sales person who I talked on the phone that watch data is included in all rounder plans as of the 29th August therefore meaning there’s no need to pay 7 pounds. When I tried to set this up today I got a 007 error code, when I spoke to the technician he informed me that watch data is an additional line that needs to be paid for and I can’t have it even if I wanted to at the moment due to credit. I’m extremely confused as to why I’ve been told conflicting information. I have provided below the photo from the ee website in regards to data

The watch plan is in essence an additional line on your account, even though it will be discounted down to £0. Sounds like you’ve already got the maximum number of lines available to you on the system. However, I’d ask for them to send a request to credit referrals for an additional line for the free smart watch plan. Back when I worked for EE they would override the system to allow the watch plans in this scenario. Ring them and ask them. No harm doing so….
