iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I truly enjoy this period every year if only for the comedy of this mail thread 🙂  and that we all share the despair of each other. 

Like others fought with the phone lines for ages to keep getting told systems down. Eventually on Friday night got the upgrades done online and felt smug - until the red lined email appeared. Saturday morning eventually got through to sales and had to repeat the whole process. So I finally got proper order number and I live in hope of within 14 days for 1 natural PM 512, and 1 blue PM 512.  Most importantly the sales person sent me their email address and contacted me to make sure I had received order numbers. 

Today I ordered an Ultra 2 watch let’s see what comes on Friday………..

My email didn't have any request to call EE, it just confirmed payment and the upgrade. Yesterday I had a text saying my documents were ready on the EE app, but there's nothing there 😂

Honestly I’m just done worrying after the whole “we can’t see your order” after I got my order in at 12:58 day off pre-order and having to reorder Saturday AM.

Chucked in a written complaint Saturday detailing how the agent lied to me Saturday AM that I was “guaranteed launch day delivery still” if I reordered. See what happens. (Other agent confirmed it’s on the recording, she wasn’t impressed)

It genuinely wouldn’t surprise me if both orders showed up, the original one launch day and one from Saturday either same day or slightly after. 

At least my new case arrived. Silver linings chaps.

If you’re referring to the DPD tracking, no one will have their tracking number before Friday 22nd September in Uk, the official launch date of the iPhone 15 Series. You should have an EE order number though?🤷🏿‍♂️

I ordered on Saturday and today I got a message that my order was confirmed and a text message  it will be shipped in 24h?

I ordered online , ignored the “call the helpdesk to confirm” and got it all confirmed
