Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

You won't get compensation. I called yesterday for the same issue and I even spoke to a manager because I wasn't satisfied by the blissless apologies they gave me and even the manager "Laura" was sucha b**ch and didn't do anything at all apart for apologising and saying I dont deserve compensation because I havent gotten the phone which makes NO SENSE.

Thank you man. DPD have already pickled it up so im hoping delivery will be tomorrow. In all day so fingers crossed.

it will be tomorrow definitely, it was the same with me, they picked it up yesterday and delivered it today

I have already been advised by the esculations team if it isn’t delivered within the 28 days time slot I’ll be eligible for compensation which could be a month line rental free! Will follow up tomorrow as today was the deadline and wel see. I have an open complaint they have confirmed a number of ‘serious issues’ their end in the handling of my order. I’ll update once I’ve spoken to them!

My order was placed on 15/09 but due to the system crash, it wasn't processed till 19/09. At the start of the week I was given an estimated delivery date  of 13/10-17/10. As some of you guys may know, I tracked my order this morning and it is now back to "Awaiting Confirmation". Tbh I don't mind the wait, but the lack of updates and being given false information is a bit annoying. (I also ordered an Apple Watch s9 and u2 as well as a 15 plus, all have arrived earlier than the pm 🥲)

dpd can be very strange on weekend delivery and can depend on where your local office is and if they have lot of weekend delivery. some offices do deliver items on weekend without the extra cost others will deliver on monday.

Thanks brother. I might do the same after you do it. Glad to hear you have your phone tho I heard you complaining here for quite a while. Hopefully i'll get mine soon.
