I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’ve FINALLY had my DPD text this afternoon!

I changed my order from a white 256gb to a blue 512gb as there is an issue with the white models & it’s causing a massive delay with the white preorders. 

they have the 512gb blue titanium in stock for shipment within 7 days, i changed my order yesterday evening and got dispatch this afternoon.

I literally just got off the phone with them and the dude didn't even know what to say and ended up saying that yeah the phones might be going randomly which is so unfair. Worst network ever. Seriously planning on getting the phone, paying it full, and changing to another company. EE has proven how atrocious they are as a company.

Ah that makes sense. I rather wait to get the white but yeah I have realised they are not dispatching any of them. It doesn't even make sense really.

I literally got to a stage where I didn’t really care what colour I had. I’m on holiday at the end of the month which was when I was due to get my phone, so it was better for me to change! 
I hope you get yours come through soon!

Yeah you're right. Luckily for me I only have the phone arriving, I'm debating getting the air pod pros but they might not arrive until after Christmas at this rate 🤣 it's just the lack of communication that's bothering me. Placed my order on the 20th, and I've had no tracking (I must sound like a broke record at this point!) Or even an ETA on a delivery date.

I was the day after you.. We will get them soon but only now picking up it's Friday the 13th.. I fear if it did post today it would get lost lmao.. Yer frankly just good tracking real info rather then auto on track emails would of been fine. I find it so hard to take it could be after November! Anyways we wait on!
