Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

i was originally going to just ask for a update and a 0033 tracking numnber but they couldn;t give me any details on my orignal order from the 24th which was a pro max black 256gb,
i was speaking to the upgrades team and they infomred me that all iphone 15 pro small size was avaible so i asked about the blue 512gb andit was the only pro max they had with delivery in 7 days on his system. but on the website it said within 3 days.
he canclled my earleir pre order and put in a order for the blue 512gb . i was expecting it next week but about 2 hours later i got a dpd text then a series of texts from aimee about my new plan.
a few other people also on this thread have done the same and we got our 512gb very quickly and we had a trqacable 0033 number which helped me keep a bit faith in ee.

I'm not sure if I should just wait it out as it's been three weeks already or ring and make the swap, what's waiting another two months for a phone aye? 🤣

hehe.
it wasn't the wait that bothered me. in this tech digital age making a order online and not being able to track it. in your account or from a tracking number etc. really got to me a iphone isn;t a cheap purchase for anyone.
i would of stayed with my orignal order if it wasn't for that fact and every time i rang them just got the order is in system but cant tell you more.
me upgrading to this phone when i did sorted out my issues and im happy i did. but i do hope you get your phone soon though

Yeah that's my issue, I speak to CS and they're like "yeah we have your order but we can't give you anymore information" which isn't exactly their fault but at the same time, if I placed an order THROUGH THE APP why cant I track that order through the app without a tracking number or anything like that?

At this point we should just wait it out. I'm getting NT to match my Ultra watch and MacBook Pro. I do just wish I had at least a text telling me something helpful rather then emails saying on track.

Nah mate. I did all the process over call on release day and here I am still waiting for this st*pid phone
