iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I am sick to the back teeth of this nonsense. 
NT 256 Pro Max ordered on the 16th due to EE’s systems being held together by double sided sticky tape and a prayer whilst employing CS Staff who all do not know how to fulfil a call back.

I have had no update bar the sms based lie concerning the order being on track, and as far as calling them goes, id have been better off whispering my concerns to a dead tramp.

leaving my order open only to check daily on apples website for one in stock and should that happen I will be joining the upgrade programme and leaving these jokers behind.

This launch has been about as well planned and graceful as a clown running across a minefield.

Saw the DPD van pull up outside my apartment and then no delivery… time slot went by and nothing. Called DPD and they said EE gave them incomplete address - my flat number was erroneously not provided.  Called EE and corrected my address and now hoping for delivery either tomorrow or Monday.

I feel you. is my first time upgrading with ee, always I buy my phone from apple  without any problems. definitely wont upgrade with ee again. unless I dont care when the phone will be delivered

Did you get the text about it being delayed on Thursday night? I also ordered the Pro Max 256GB NT and only had the text to say it’s had a “short delay” 🙄

Yes I did! I've received two texts and two emails telling me that my order is on track and basically blaming the manufacturer for delays, they also add the email subject as an update on the tracking page as if it actually means something!

A customer service agent last night and called me to see how things were progressing, I advised I was unable to change my bright star trading as the emails don’t match on there system but I only have two and I tried both with no success. The agent places me on hold to speak to upgrades to see if there’s any stock as he said they have Black and Blue of the iPhone 15 pro max and I said okay. He comes back and says I’ve got my colleague on the line who has said there’s stock in these we can cancel it now and get one out to you tomorrow. I advised I don’t want to cancel my order please don’t cancel my order I want to speak to them first to see if this is the case as I don’t want to be waiting 28 days or more for a colour i don’t really want. He says please hold, the sales agent calls me while I’m on hold and says that all colours for 15 pro max are out of stock so leave your order as it is as you won’t be waiting long now as you’ve already waited 14 days. I say thank you bye. The customer service agent comes back and says I’m just trying to figure it out I said I’ve just spoken to them you have no stock do you. He said no but I’ve got my colleague on the line trying to revert your cancellation, I said you WHAT. He said yes I’m sorry the agent told me to do it. I said well the bill payer and account holder told you not to do it. He said I’m sorry but at least you don’t have to return your phone in 7 days anymore! I said that’s besides the point. I said no. I’ve spoken to a manager and two other customer service agents to try and regain my position in the queue and they basically said sorry but agent error tough here’s a free months line rental and discount on your order. I just want my phone as soon as I can not in November.

Called cs. Said I havnt received any emails. He said he would send everything over.. still nothing! He’s just said it’s still 28 days for NT. keep getting told different,

I know, we are feeling neglected, and they still advertising on websites and youtube instagram ect... about the new iphones 😅 😂 while we are suffering
