Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

They didn’t with my iPad, it was well over a hundred pounds as I hadn’t realised for a few months.

Incorrect, your contract starts from the date of your order, as stated in the small print on the email. It’s your new plan that doesn’t start until you receive your device.

So my “open box” iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB Titanium Black arrived from Box for £1399, in mint condition all working. 

Will cancel my iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium upgrade order with EE later today, then bid goodbye to EE and go sim only and never revisit this horrendous network again.

I can understand delays, even some mistakes… But blatantly lying to me on the phone to get me to order by guaranteeing launch day delivery and then when I complain offering no form of discount or compensation…. Na, cya chumps.

Congrats you must be well excited. Good to hear some are finally trickling through. Im in the Pro Max gang gang so wont get ours till 2024 handset is released at this rate! Lol

lol 🤣 I feel the same, I am still waiting for that msg from DPD, as some people mentioned they received the phone and still the order infomation on my ee is not updated ....

My iPhone is out for delivery, arriving between 11:39 - 12:39 😀 I’ve not had any messages from EE yet to update my plan, will that happen soon?

Honestly, I’m sick to death of going to track my order and seeing no progression and that “your pre-order is confirmed” update from the 16th. 
the lack of communication is actually a joke. How can Vodafone and o2 have ACCURATE lead times and Vodafone actually tell you if you order today your going to be in this batch of phones which will be delivered on this date to us. yet EE can’t even work out what day it is. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Got this email from them? What does this even mean - for 15 PM NT 256 GB 

Subject: Good News, your order is coming soon 

Hi xxxx, your order is still on track and you’ll have your new iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium soon!

Your order is confirmed but we’re awaiting your expected delivery date. This is while we wait for delivery confirmation from the manufacturer. We’ll be in touch soon with an update on your order.
