Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I had the exact same thing happen to me the day before launch. Submit a formal complaint (there’s a web form) and mention that the advisor made an unauthorised account change. I used the magic word “fraud” and got a call back from the complaints team a couple of days later to apologise with a decent chunk of account credit. They also let me know that the advisor is being dealt with internally (implying sacked).
I was told that they can’t change my position in the queue though which is pretty annoying.

I think they believe when all of us receive our phones we will be happy and maybe it wont matter... what ignores me is how they continue to advertise the iphones 😡 and we are here complaining...😅

Same issue, EE didn’t put my flat number in the address! Called DPD who said I need to call EE to amend the address. Apparently they’re going to try again tomorrow, so fingers crossed!

Yeah literally the same scenario… had to call EE and get the address changed and have it specified for delivery tomorrow. Hope we both get it tomorrow!

Has anyone gotten any of their iPhones 15 pro max White Titanium (256 gb)? If you got any updates or information I would appreciate it. I pre-ordered mine 1 day after release date.

Oh I’m completely fed up! I just phoned for an update. Apparently there are no IPhone 15 Pro Max in stock in any colour and they have no idea when they will receive more stock. I was told that had my order not been cancelled “by accident” on the 19th by the agent that I would have received my phone by now (I don’t actually believe this!) but have been left with absolutely no idea when I will receive my new phone! This whole thing has been a shambles and it’s not over yet!
