Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Hi! I ordered the regular 15 pro (256Gb)

I did an early upgrade for the 256GB Titanium Pro Max.

Was trying since 1pm on Launch by calling 150. 

One advisor called me back 19:30 and said the system is back up, he processed my early upgrade and I received a confirmation email straight after with my new Plan, phone information and with an 003 that I can track.

 

It only works when I use the 003 and my email and NOT my number.

Since I did technically order it on Pre-Order day (When presumably the systems came back up) I have no doubt that it will come for Friday 22nd.

when I track it states my pre order is confirmed, it’s still awaiting delivery date and I hope by tomorrow or early Thursday it moves to the dispatch in 24h prompt.

Ordered iPhone 15 Pro Max 254GB Blue Titanium on 15th at 12:58 was super lucky to be straight through to somebody via the phone as previous years the online experience has been crazy. 

Got confirmation via 030 with the agent and was quoted 22nd as delivery date.

 [this could be false given a fair few people and apples website straight off the bat said +14 days]

I called back today to ensure the order was correctly submitted since I had no physical email to confirm and was told my order was in a "Open Sales" state and that the RBD/EDD [Required By/Estimated Delivery Date] was showing as 22/09. 

I'm hoping [not holding my breath haha] that I get a DPD alert around 7am-8am Thursday to tell me I have a pending delivery as previous two years in a row they normally land 7am-8am on the Thursday.

However, take this with a pinch of salt since if there's been logistical issues as many have already spoken about, then everything is likely to be delayed by at least +7 days or even +14.

Just called CS

i have a 02 number and was told that there is physically no way to track these orders because they are considered “open orders” and only update once it actually dispatches. He still is certain delivery date will be Friday and was shocked that I actually managed to pre order on the day

He has advised that DPD should be sending updates on Thursday/Friday AT THE EARLIEST

Yes normally Thursday but can come up till 11 on Friday just a waiting game

Hi got my confirmation today but go to track progress on the link in the email it didn’t work and the ee app is down so carnt do anything and don’t want to ring any help here plz

I ordered my early upgrade pro max 256gb natural titanium but as of yet have no means to track & haven’t had confirmation as such (other than the online email saying they need more info which I called and provided Saturday)  have had messaged about returning my old/current phone though - I’m choosing after all these years to just roll with it, sure I could ring and try get a tracking number but they are often unreliable - if I’ve heard nothing by Friday then I’ll probably try get back through

I'm not getting this information from any CS department. I personally know someone who works at EE corporate offices, and he explained to me the situation yesterday. He told me with absolute confidence that nobody is receiving their Pro Max orders this Friday. 

I mean of course, I hope he's wrong, but this individual is in a position to know what he's talking about and wouldn't say this to me without knowledge of the situation that's gone on internally at EE. 
I believe him though. I'm absolutely not expecting a DPD notif on Thursday, or a delivery on Friday. 

I think everyone here also needs to set expectations the same. We aren't getting our phones on Friday unfortunately. 

I just hope mine arrives before the 4th as I'm flying to the States. 

Well if that’s the case then I will be putting a complaint in as I was assured it was first come first serve basis and that with me being the first person to order the particular handset I did that I would receive my phone on Friday! There’s going to be alot of unhappy customers if they don’t keep to their word

The best thing anyone can do right now is keep an eye on their 003 tracking number. It will probably change tomorrow to say dispatch in 24 hours. The DPD app may update on Thursday too. Until then anything posted or said by anyone is speculation or hearsay
