Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Does anybody know what an ‘02’ order number means? Everyone seems to have an ‘03’ number 😞 upgrades were done over the phone, I have two.

I’ve order the 512gb pro max in blue and was told when I ordered Friday I would get it on release day. But we shall see what happens later this week

So the 02 number is the confirmation number.  If you call up and basically say you’ve been reading the forums and everyone is saying I need a 003 number then they should give you it.  That’s what I did.  I had ordered the Apple Watch ultra 2 and the iPhone PM black 512gb.  I got the 02 number and said I could put track and then the advisor gave me the 003 numbers for both.  I can track the iPhone but can’t track the ultra 2 for some reason.  My tracking says awaiting delivery confirmation.  When I was talking to the advisor that was doing my upgrade anytime he said that delivery for everything except for the natural is within 28 days the natural is more than 28 days

I ordered a 15 Pro Max 1TB in Natural Titanium and have a 003 number that's showing as awaiting confirmation but I was not told when I would receive it, I honestly doubt it will show up Friday, if it does it would be a miracle after this mess. Ordered about 2:30 PM on the 15th but had to call next day and didn't get that order finally done until 10am. 

If its on the way DPD always seems to notify you far faster than EE does, usually many hours faster. When I had the 14 PM last year DPD notified me on a Thursday, so if there is no notification from them by that day there is no chance of getting it on launch day.
