WiFi tick but still not connecting

New iPhone - ee home broadband - phone just won’t connect to WiFi - shows the blue tick but not the symbol in the top right - rebooted everything several times and tried everything I can think of incl internet searches - any other ideas ??

How to contact EE with no phone

My phone has water damage and won't turn on. I can't ring EE to organise a replacement. How can I contact them with no phone? There seems to be no email address or live chat option?
