Not Received Order reference number and order confirmation mail

Hello, 

I have ordered iphone 15 pro max and order has been successfully placed, but i have not received any confirmation mail nor any reference number to track my order, and upfront amount has been also deducted from my account. I also check my spam and juck mail box there is no any email. I am so much in stress now kindly sort this matter asap.

Thanks for letting me know @Lofty1403 After the order was completed, the end screen would have displayed an XKO number, did you get to the point where an XKO reference was displayed on the screen?

No the screen was blank it took the upfront payment and I’ve had no confirmation or anything
