My phone has a network error on it. It is an IPhone 7. The first time it happened I tried the sim in my boyfriend’s phone and it picks up Ee. I then put his sim in my phone and it picked up mobile data. When I put my sim back in again it seemed to have fixed the issue. Now a week later it has down the same again and the above method does not help. It is a pay as you go sim. It seems to be a common issue online but none of the solutions work.

@BethReeves Have you requested a replacement sim as it sounds like the sim is faulty. You can get a replacement sim at a EE store you just need in date photo ID with you or you can call customer support to request a replacement sim.

Where else have you seen this posted? And what solutions were suggested?
