Hello, my current iPhone contract ends on the 19th January, I’ve been sent a text message giving me options what to do, when I chose the upgrade option that I want, I login for the option but can’t find it on the website, I then find another option about an upgrade it tells me I don’t need to pay upfront but again I click on the option it tells me I have to pay upfront!! Please advise as I’m confused. Thank you
