Just tried to get an Apple Watch to pair with my phone and EE website says I need PAC code, I don’t want to loose service on my phone so am reluctant to send this code over, please advise

My wife has an iPhone and i have just got her an iPad ( 9th generation )... ok so here is my stupid question... i have hooked the iPad to my wife's iPhone cloud ..all good..however how do i set up so when she leaves the house she can still use her EE...

Resolved! Name of Family Member not showing on app only phone number

Hi have iPhone 13 Pro Max and when I login to the app I have 3 numbers showing names and on number showing the number only. does anyone know why this is the case and how to solve this? The app is linked to my contacts and all my contacts are correct....

App not available in my region message

Hi - I’ve been told I need to update  EE app but when I try to update through the Apple App Store, I get an error message stating “this app is not available in your country / region”. Why is this? I was able to use the previous EE. Thank you!

Total failure of EE customer services

I upgraded 3 family phones on Sat 27th July at the EE shop in Fosse Park , Leicester and signed contracts for the 3 phones and broadband. Waited all day Monday 29th for them to be delivered by DpD but they weren't. Called EE spoke to Kellie she said ...
