The message comes up on my i phone : This app is no longer shared with you. To use it, you must buy it from the App store .

Any solutions please ?

Just paying a contract bill doesn't change the ownership of a contract.  The A/c Holder is still responsible for everything incl. seeing its bills are paid (by whomever)..

It sounds like it could be an Apple ID issue to me.

Did you recently log in to a different Apple ID on this phone?
