Language problems with being with EE

Why is the language in all my tweets, profiles, Facebook, messenger in a strange foreign language that I obviously don’t understand and when I’m even looking up someone else’s profile, it’s all in this strange foreign language which obviously is of no use to me, whatsoever. I did report it to Apple support but they initially couldn’t fix it and then they never got back to me, making me feel that they were completely ignoring me which is so disrespectful and rude 

Anyone have any other explanation or ideas of how I could move forward with this situation, therefore, my reasoning for trying to get in contact with EE personally but as usual to no avail Extremely disappointed and feel very unimpressed

If your iPhone is showing as English UK I am unsure why apps are in a different language. 

Have you checked the language for each app?
