Hi,
I am aboard and switched my EE SIM card to my older iPhone. FaceTime and iMessage activated with no problem.
But I needed to switch my EE SIM card to my main iPhone and placed it back to older one (silly action I know).
And my FaceTime and iMessage were gone. I got in touch with apple, they told me I had to get in touch with EE, because FaceTime and iMessage activations were paused from the operator side.
Did anyone experience this with while being abroad?
Thank you

It is working fine now. I turned off FaceTime and iMessage for 24 hours and turned on again. It was fixed. EE customer service didn’t find any problems.

@Panda5432 Just to point out iMessage and FaceTime are Apple services and do not need a SIM card in order to operate they work via WiFi and you use can an email address to send and receive on each of these services. Think none cellular iPad.
It’s an Apple issue not an EE one.
