Sim not working Iphone 15 Pro Max

Just upgraded my iPhone from 14 Plus to a 15 Pro max and I've transferred everything over and my sim wont work?I don't get any signal but the phone accepts the sim as my number is shown when I check I've already tried reinserting the sim several time...

Resolved! Apple Watch Ultra Contract Expired

My Apple Watch Ultra Contract is due to expire in September. As I have no payed for the watch over the last 24 months am I able to downgrade to a eSIM only contract with the watch remaining associated to my main phone monthly account?
